DELIVERY DETAILS

For the 4th year running, despite rising fuel costs, we are still able to keep the same low delivery terms. This is in addition to maintaining our lowest ever website only prices to get your outdoor leisure, caravan, camping & boat accessories and spares to you at the cheapest possible prices. 

Our standard delivery charges are:

Items up to 2Kg (or small parcels) are sent by Royal Mail to any UK postcode: £2.95

Items up to 5Kg or medium parcels) to any UK postcodes: £3.95

Items up to 29Kg (or large parcels) to most UK postcodes: £5.95

Unfortunately some items are too large to be sent at lower carriage levels even if under the weight limit. These items must be sent at our maximum carriage of £5.95.

Top Tip: Our delivery costs are capped to a maximum £5.95 to standard UK onshore postcodes for non freight items - so to get maximum value from our range why not complete all your shopping in one visit to make even greater savings!

Some very large items - usually over 29kg in actual or dimensional weight - can only be sent freight. These are individually priced for delivery at checkout.

• Northern Ireland: (Although we would love to offer the same rates as for mainland UK, our couriers charge us more. If the item can be sent using one or our Royal Mail services then the rate is the same.)

• Channel Islands: (We do not have the facility to not charge VAT to CI destinations but have capped carriage)
  • Up to 2Kg: £2.95
  • Up to 5Kg: £3.95
  • Up to 29Kg: £14.99 (capped)

Prices to all of our current destinations are automatically calculated during the checkout procedure.

Although we make some effort to automatically calculate prices for destinations such as France, Spain, Ireland etc the price may not be correct as the couriers base prices on size as well as weight. If the price is different we will contact you.

How  To Calculate Carriage

We despatch by either Royal Mail or one of several recognised courier services. The despatch method will be shown at checkout and depends on the size and/or weight of your items. Our  contracted delivery services price deliveries by either actual weight or volumetric weight (a size relative measurement of the packages space used). If your items in total make a weight or package small enough to post by Royal Mail then the delivery charge is £2.95 or £3.95 depending on weight/size including the cost of post and packaging and this applies to all UK postcodes.

If we despatch by courier this means the total charge for courier delivery and packing materials will be £5.95 but excludes courier delivery to offshore UK, Highlands & sometimes Central London. If your delivery is to one of these areas you will probably already know that all couriers surcharge your area. In these instances you can still buy and checkout and a member of staff will contact you to advise the best price we find for delivery to you and if there is any extra charge.

Continental Deliveries

We can despatch to most EU postal areas but suggest you contact us for a quote if your area is not listed in our drop down delivery box at checkout as there are many variables in costing. Most commonly we send many items to Eire, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Spain at very reasonable rates and would be pleased to assist your purchase by pricing deliveries to these regions. Please Contact Us for more details. Clients in Eire and France can now  buy their camping, caravan and campervan accessories with  carriage priced online. We will shortly be adding checkout for delivery to Spain, Germany, Belgium and Holland. 

When Will My Items Arrive

 We aim to deliver your order in the fastest possible time. In most cases we despatch same or next day but occasionally need time to restock our warehouse or get a special order item in for you. The order and checkout sections now give you an estimate of when to expect many items as you place your order - so even if the item is not in our current inventory on site, or at our warehouse, you get an initial idea of when it will be available to you. We will usually try to contact you if there is any undue delay due to seasonal or stock variations. Please bear in mind that couriers do not operate during weekends and bank holidays, although royal Mail will often deliver standard size packages on Saturdays. Offshore and overseas deliveries can take a little longer than mainland Uk service.

We will inform you by email when we have dispatched your items and when you are likely to receive them, couriers are not able to specify delivery times but with most courier despatches we provide you with tracking numbers to help guage when your items will arrive. We are unable to provide tracking for some Royal Mail deliveries at present but we will be offering this service very soon.

Occasionally some items will display an estimated delivery date. This is usually because we are waiting for release from customs, distributors or manufacturers, and this is the date they have given as a delivery date inbound to us. Sometimes this date is fluid and can alter slightly as our computers communicate between each other and more up to date information becomes available. It is an estimate and we will try to be as close as possible. This is often for items in great demand so it is still a good idea to get your order confirmed so as you do not miss out completely when this stock is released. Estimated delivery dates are exactly what they say - estimated - and can be subject to alteration without notice so please only order items displaying these dates on the understanding that the delivery date can be subject to change without notice. However by pre ordering items with estimated delivery dates the price is fixed at the time of your order so not subject to any increases we may occur between the time you order and when the goods are despatched.

Adverse Weather

Even during adverse weather we still pack & ready your items for despatch provided we have clear access to our warehouse and the immediate local area is clear. Items are still collected from us and forwarded as far as possible then they are held in a hub by the relevent carriers until they are able to release them for onward delivery. The carrier will then proceed to sort and deliver as soon as the affected area(s) are accessible. Sometimes your area may be clear, but remember that your items may have to travel through an area that is unable to receive or forward for a short period until that weather has passed.

Packaging

We recycle as much as we can so please note that the items you order may not be reflected in the outer box that is delivered to you. The contents will be what you require but there is no need to contact us before opening the box to establish the order is correct. This policy allows us to reduce wastage, landfill and costs which are then reflected in our low online pricing policy.
