Open a new Returns Request.

We truly hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase, we check all items before despatch for damage and to ensure it is the correct item and package the item carefully to ensure it makes it to you in good condition. However, if you need to exchange or return an item for any reason please read carefully below to ensure you are familier with our policy.

If you would like to return an item then please open a new ticket and choose "Return Request". Our returns policy is very fair but there are some important points below that should be read before submitting this form. On receipt of this form we will process the claim and contact you for further information or with instructions for return of the item. Under distance selling regulations you are entitled to return your item for a refund (Of item price not including postage in either direction) within 7 days, however, we have extended this to 14 days for your benefit, this is from date of receipt of the item.

If returning an item for a refund or credit then it must be returned in original packing complete with all parts, components, labels and documentation. The item must be returned in a condition that is suitable for resale as new, this is a condition that you would accept as new if receiving the item yourself. If the item appears used or any parts or documentation are missing then we will have to asses the situation and contact you in regards to a part refund or return of the item to you.

If the item is supplied in a blister pack or any type of packaging that cannot be resealed as new then please be 100% sure it is suitable for your requirements before opening, if in any doubt please contact us first for advice, we are always happy to help you choose the correct item. If this type of product is opened it cannot be resold therefore we cannot offer a refund unless the item is faulty.

When returning items it is important to pack them in a similar state as sent to you. Ideally you should use the same packaging as in transit it is very likely that it will be subjected to knocks etc.

If you have a faulty item then we must be given the opportunity to remedy the issue by replacing parts or instruction of how to remedy the situation. It is likely that we have experienced the issue before and may be able to help without the need for a return. If a return is necessary then we will contact you with full details of how to return the item and we will endeavour to replace the item as quickly as possible.

If we have requested a response from you the customer either by Email, using the returns system or by telephone and we do not receive a response within 14 days we will close the request on our system. If there were circumstances that caused this and you wish to continue with the process then you will have to reopen the support ticket or open a new one.

Please do not return any item until we have processed your request. When authorised please use a traceable, insured service and include all of your details inside the package, we recommend not using Royal Mail Special Delivery as this is a very expensive service and not required. Goods sent back more than 14 days after date of receipt cannot be refunded.

Items out of manufacturer’s warranty period can only be dealt with directly with the manufacturer.

Items must be checked and reported to us for missing parts, damage and faults within 48 hours of receipt of the item. After this period we cannot be held responsible for damage or missing parts.
